600 vertical drops per container; 6.25mg of iodine per vertical drop
Use as a water purifier; 2-3 drops per liter of water; add vitamin c for taste

The iodine used in our Lugol's solution is derived from mined crystals, not from shellfish or kelp. Iodine is essential to support normal thyroid, pituitary and pancreatic health. Lugol's iodine solution is available in two strengths, 2.2% and 5%. Our Lugol's iodine solution utilizes potassium iodide, not sodium iodide. Sodium iodide is not recommended for people with heart or blood pressure issues. Iodide is different from iodine, iodine is an atom and iodide is an ion.
